Jeff Cross is the Chief Provincial Fire Investigator with the NB Office of the Fire Marshal. Jeff is an experienced fire investigator with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry.

 

Jeff is skilled in fire protection, suppression, education, investigation and fire behavior management - with certification in Fire Service Administration focused in Operational Planning from Dalhousie University.

He entered the fire service in 1986, progressing to rank of Fire Chief from 2006 to 2012, leading a municipal fire department in Saint Andrew's, NB. Throughout his career, Jeff served as representative for many fire investigation and prevention committees, including the New Brunswick Association of Fire Prevention Officers, the Provincial Network Rep for NFPA and the New Brunswick Director for CAFI.
