The Association is a non profit organization.  Revenue from merchandise sold is used to finance training initiatives, insurance costs and administrative costs such as the website.  Please consider purchasing an item to help advertise the Association while helping to fund our various projects at the same time.

Placing Orders

Orders can be made online through this website, or by faxing or mailing an order form to CAFI. All orders are shipped by regular Canada Post letter mail, unless expedited shipping is requested. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours, dependent on product availability. To check availability, or if you have questions about shipping charges or special shipping instructions, please contact cafi@cafi.ca  

Payment Terms

Invoice including shipping cost will be provided. Payment made by cheque payable to CAFI. 

Returns Policy

 
Merchandise purchased from the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a refund of the purchase price. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, unless an error is made by the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators in processing the order. Returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition. Merchandise returned in worn condition will not be refunded. To arrange for return of merchandise, please contact cafi@cafi.ca
